With 190lb of total plate weight, you have enough range to build from beginner loading all the way through serious working weights on squats, deadlifts, bench press, and rows.
Proper Use: 10lb and 15lb plates are not meant to be dropped on their own. These sizes can be dropped only when combined with heavier weights (25lb, 35lb & 45lb). If dropped on their own, plates may crack or break. Improper use will void the warranty.
