Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your equipment. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll help.

30-day returns

  • You can return an item within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Final sale: weights

  • All weights are final sale and can't be returned. This includes dumbbells, weight plates, bumper plates and any other weights, including weights that come in a set or bundle. Barbells, EZ curl bars and collars are not considered weights and can be returned under the normal policy.
  • If a weight arrives damaged or defective, it's covered under "Damaged, defective or missing items" below.

How to start a return

  • Email markifcanada@gmail.com or call 437-770-4000 within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Include your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  • We'll confirm whether the item can be returned and help you arrange the return.

Return costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • The original delivery charge isn't refunded.
  • If your order got free delivery and a return brings it under C$1,000, we won't charge you for the original delivery.
  • There's no restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days after we receive the item.
  • We'll email you when your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card company, it can take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or missing items

  • If something arrives damaged, defective or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at markifcanada@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and the packaging.
  • We'll arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected item.
  • We cover the return costs for damaged or defective items.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it ships. A 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. Our return policy applies instead.
  • This doesn't affect any rights you may have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Warranty

  • Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description and photos of the issue.
