Where we deliver
We deliver within Ontario only. We don't ship outside Ontario.
Free delivery on orders of C$1,000 or more
- Delivery is free on orders of C$1,000 or more across the GTA and surrounding areas.
- That includes Toronto, the GTA, Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Barrie and most of the Niagara Region.
- The order total is based on your subtotal before tax.
- Beyond GTA, free delivery doesn't apply and standard shipping rates are charged.

Distance is measured in a straight line from our Markham warehouse to your address. Checkout works out your price automatically.

Standard shipping (rest of Ontario)
Standard shipping is based on the total weight of your order:

- Standard shipping is not free, whatever the order total.
- For very large orders (over 1,000 kg), please contact us before ordering.
- If you're within about 160 km, checkout may show both local delivery and standard shipping. Choose whichever you prefer.
How long delivery takes
- Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days.
- Timing can vary with the product, your location and availability.
- When your order ships, we'll email you the delivery or tracking details.
Where we deliver to
- Houses: delivered to your front door.
- Condos and apartments: delivered to the building lobby.
- We don't offer inside delivery or carrying items up or down stairs.
Check your order when it arrives
- Please check your boxes and items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, take photos, including the packaging.
- Report damaged, defective or missing items within 7 days of delivery to markifcanada@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos.
- We'll make it right, and we cover the return costs for damaged or defective items. See our Refund Policy.
Assembly
- Most of our products need some assembly.
- All applicable products come with the hardware, assembly instructions and manuals you need.
- We don't offer an assembly service.
