Returns:

In order to facilitate a return, we kindly request that all items be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date. It is imperative that any returned items remain in a pristine, unused condition and retain all original packaging.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item and conducting a thorough inspection, we will begin processing your return. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:

At present, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. However, you are more than welcome to place a new order for your desired product at your convenience.
