30-day returns
Return an item within 30 days of the purchase date, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Weights are final sale
Dumbbells, weight plates, bumper plates and other weights can't be returned.
No restocking fee
There's no restocking fee on returns.
2-year warranty
Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund and email you when it's done.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Barbells, EZ curl bars and collars are not considered weights and can be returned under the normal policy.
Final sale: weights
- All weights are final sale and can't be returned.
- This includes dumbbells, weight plates, bumper plates and any other weights, including weights that come in a set or bundle.
- If a weight arrives damaged or defective, it's covered under Damaged, defective or missing items.

- The original delivery charge isn't refunded.
- If your order got free delivery and a return brings it under C$1,000, we won't charge you for the original delivery.
- There's no restocking fee.
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
You can cancel your order before it ships. A 5% cancellation fee applies.
