Do I need to have an account to order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date for unused products in their original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed accordingly. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist with a resolution.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address or to preferred destination for ordered product.

How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
